                                    David

For coffees, I'm a fan of the Organic Sumatra (catalog #124). It's rich and bold, yet low in acidity. Good cup of brew to get your day started right! As an alternative, the Organic Ethiopian Sidamo's (#123) medium strength with somewhat of a citrus taste to it, does the trick.

One of the best black teas that I have tasted is the Golden Monkey Premium Grade (#308). It has excellent aroma and a very smooth flavor. Drinking it straight up is the best.

I love strong coffees. The darker, the better. The French Roast Java Mountain Supreme (#142) is the perfect choice. It's strong and smooth without the bitter aftertaste. It is our most popular selection of dark roast coffee.

When it comes to teas - Pi Lo Chun (#337) is the best green tea. It's delicate and very flavorful without the grassy-taste.

                                    Tom

I, too, enjoy the French Roast Java Mountain Supreme. But, if I wanted to bring it down a notch, I would go with Timor Arabica (#130). It's a good, medium strength, and smooth coffee. In fact, it's a perfect match to blend with the Java Mountain.

My tea choices are Kenya (#296), because it's a strong black tea, and Golden Assam (#304). Much like my coffees, I like to mix these two together for a nice breakfast tea.

                                    Chris

If I had to drink the same cup of coffee, every single day - I would select the Organic Bali Blue Moon (#099). It's a medium-full bodied coffee that is a little lighter than our other selections.

Like Tom, I love the Golden Assam. But, I'm a bigger fan of the Heavily Smoked, Lapsang Souchong (#314). The aromas of bacon come to mind. In fact, I use it to smoke salmon and scallops with. For green tea, I'm in favor of Sencha (#349). It is one of the more common green teas in Japan. Just don't steep it for too long, or it will get very bitter.

                                    Brian

I love flavored coffees! I always recommend Crème Brûlée (#156) to customers who want to try something that isn't Hazelnut (#162). Teas fall under the same boat. My favorite is Blood Orange (#399). It's a black tea, that tastes just as it smells. It has lots of body, and fits perfectly as an afternoon tea.

For something "different" - I drink "Tung Ting" Extra Fancy Oolong (#330). Much like rosé is to wine, Tung Ting does the same for teas. It isn't as strong as a black tea, but has a natural sweetness that can be found.
